Meet MOSES BATTLE of POWER ONE FITNESS

Just saying the name, “Moses” many of us know exactly who you’
re talking about. I’ve known him going on 20 years now and have
followed his career all this time. No matter where he is, I somehow
find him because I think his techniques and dedication to health
are unsurpassed in this area. He was directly responsible for
pushing me in my mid 40’s to be the best I could be physically.

Just saying the name, “Moses” many of us know exactly who you’

Let me fill you in a bit as to the man behind the muscle. Moses isn’t just some big, bad tough guy…
he’s a winner of the American Drug-Free Power Lifting Association. He broke four world records on
his way to winning that title and he did all this at the age of 43! I had no idea I was being trained by a
pro. (It’s a wonder he didn’t kill me!)
He’s focused, serious and has one goal... to help others be the best they can be. “I can’t” are two
words you never want to say in his presence. He hates hearing it because with hard work,
commitment and dedication… YOU CAN! (With one exception Moses… I STILL can’t do push-ups!)
I was please to hear recently, that Moses had finally started his own fitness gym off of Hoagland
Avenue in Kissimmee. This business is totally right for him and once you meet him, you’ll agree.
In speaking with Moses about his new gym I found out that over the years he has become well versed
in working out with a wide span of ages and fitness levels. He will come up with a work-out specifically
designed for your age and beginning abilities and slowly bring you into a new found strength that
you never thought you could achieve. I know. I’ve been there.
When I first started with him, I had been riding my bike 12 miles, 5 days a week and had dropped a lot
of my weight. I 'thought' I was in pretty good shape. hummmmm I went to see him to bump it up a bit
and the very first work-out I found out how wrong I was. He asked me to do 8 walking squats and I’ve
got to tell you I thought I was going to pass out after 4!
After 3 months of his training, 1 hour sessions, 3 days a week, I was doing 30 walking squats while
carrying two 15 lb weights! So I know first hand what weight training can do for a person. I was
stronger than ever before.
At Power One Fitness, you’ll find people from all walks of life. From power lifters, who make some
noise when they work out to little old ladies like me who may grunt a time or two when pushing their
limits. In other words…No quiet zones here!
